About

What we are about

The Ghana Tomato Self-Sufficiency Initiative was launched by the Ministry of Food and Agriculture under the Feed Ghana Initiative at Anloga, Volta Region, on 15 September 2026, to raise domestic tomato production, cut imports and transform the value chain: post-harvest losses, storage, processing and market access. FarmMate Africa is a private-sector partner, with its Legon Enclave processing facility and planned semi-processing sites. This space enrols farmers, extension officers, communities, aggregators and processors, and runs their work on the OXiAgro core.
